We can't recommend Josue at 5A Flooring highly enough. From the very beginning he was kind, honest, and clearly really knew his stuff. This was our first house and our first big repair job, so we were honestly pretty nervous going in. But from the moment Josue took over, that worry just went away. We knew we were in good hands. We had a tight deadline and he worked so hard to get everything done, and never cut corners to do it. Even though we weren't able to be there in person much, he kept us in the loop the whole time, constantly sending photos and updating us on the progress and anything we needed to know. That meant the world to us, especially not being local. He even went out of his way to water some of our plants that were struggling in the heat, which honestly tells you everything about the kind of person he is. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely good to work with, Josue is your guy. Highly recommend!

Josue installed a new floor in our bedroom. We had a specific type of floor that Josue doesn’t normally supply, but he worked with us so that we ordered the floor and he installed. From quoting to doing the work, he completed everything on time and to a great quality. Thank you!

We were looking to have a large area of our LVP flooring, that had been improperly installed, removed and replaced correctly. We were quoted by numerous flooring contractors. Josue was the only person to give us reasonable insight into what was wrong and what it would take to fix properly. All throughout the process he communicated timely and clearly about everything. His workmanship was excellent. He and his team did everything they said they would do and they left the repaired area looking better than the rest of our house. He was also very detailed and made all of the finishing touches to make the new flooring look great. We would hire Josue again any time! (Sorry for the delay in the review!)

Josue and his team was a dream crew to work with. They came to install wood flooring in a home we purchased. From the start to finish, from coming to give an estimate to following through will all the work to put the finishing touches at the very end, Josue was professional, timely and courteous. Josue and his helper repaired engineered wood floors in 2 different rooms in our home. They also replaced a stair riser on our wood stairs. The work done was excellent. They moved and protected our furniture before starting and we're very respectful of our home. His route was fair and he made sure that we were completely satisfied with his work.
